The Slay Like Nae Mentorship Program is an 8 - 12 week comprehensive in-person and online learning course. This program was created to help women that are new to the beauty industry/ entrepreneurial world and are looking for guidance on their career path- whether it be to grow an existing business or to start up from scratch.

I am a licensed nail tech and educator with 9 years of experience in business and over 15 years of experience in the nail industry. By providing all the necessary tools and resources to become state licensed, my goal is to provide you the highest quality education and training. From product knowledge to business management, my program gives you the inspiration, motivation and skill set you’ll need to begin a successful career in the nail industry. This course is mainly self directed, which means you may study and complete homework assignments at times that are most convenient for you from the comfort of your own home.

During the 8 to 12 weeks you will learn important principles and practical step-by-step techniques for nail treatments, designs, and getting started in a career as a professional nail salon owner.

The program be broken down into three parts:

1. Nail theory- which covers; Nail structure, nail growth, nail diseases, disorders, and conditions and more.
2. Nail practical- which covers; Product knowledge, client safety, brush knowledge, sanitization, and prep, shaping, acrylic application (bead methods), apex building, cuticle flushing, cuticle sealing,Nail forms, designs, time management, state board prep and more.
3. Business- which covers;  Business etiquette, building your brand, marketing strategies, social media, creating multiple streams of income and more
