RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order. All returns must be in their original, unused condition / unopened packaging and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees and we will not be responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Refund will be issued after the products are received.  To request a return, please email nanaepaulk@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

CANCELLATION

If you’d like to cancel an existing order, please email us within 10 hours after placing it. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel your order.  For orders paid using Afterpay, any order cancellation will be subject to a 5% non-refundable fee.
