First off Nae is an entire vibe which made the class much more fun and interactive. From the beginning she made me very comfortable. She asked questions to get to know me and what my goals were, what areas I needed help with the most, and overall my business goals. Nae taught me to properly sanitizer for my safety and my customers safety. She gave me the keys to provide the best quality behind my services and brand. Don’t play with her application process it’s the best I’ve seen. I tried to learn from YouTube it didn’t work. Nae showed me while explaining and guided me when I got it wrong and it just clicked after that we flowed like water she showed me her technique once and with a little guidance I was impressing her which made me feel great. She was so supportive and any questions I asked she answered with no problems. She made sure I didn’t have any questions about anything. She gave me the insight on marketing, building my brand, standing behind my brand, scheduling, pricing. After this class I’m more than ready to take over the nail industry. The 1 on 1 training was effective in presenting all nail care and nail application information. Nae ensured that we understood the course material and made the learning process fun.
